Long before I started writing this blog, I followed a number of others. One of those is by Susan Miller. Over the years, some of her stories have amazed and inspired me. With some friends, Janessa visited the 303 Bistro while in Kansas City, Missouri. The restaurant serves assorted French dishes, with a smattering of American cuisine, such as burgers.
